RETURNS
The returns policy is for goods purchased on our website only. STYLE PATISSERIE Pty Ltd hopes that you will be delighted with your order, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven (7) working days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund and this will be at our sole discretion.
Should you wish to cancel your order and return any goods, please notify us within a period of ten (10) working days beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you, by one of these methods:
Please note STYLE PATISSERIE reserves the right to refuse a refund to any customer that is returning goods that are not in 100% perfect condition.
For returns please email us at: sales@stylepatisserie.com. Please provide full details of the customer order number and the goods which are being returned.
Customers will have a minimum period of 10 days during which they may cancel orders provided that subject to goods being returned in perfect, saleable condition (the same condition as when delivered).
On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods. To improve our service, please let us know the reason for returning any goods.

CUSTOMS TARIFFS & CHARGES
In certain circumstances, there may be an applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee. If goods are refused due to customs reasons a 20% return fee may be applicable at the discretion of STYLE PATISSERIE Pty Ltd.
GST CHARGES - (Goods and Service Tax) of 10% will not be charged for items delivered outside Australia where applicable.
Customs Declaration: A customs declaration must accompany all international shipments. We are required to state the value of the goods to customs. This will be as per the order value (AUD $)
Note: Due to customs regulations and circumstances beyond our control in some countries products may be undeliverable.
